Can I connect our business Email addresses to the CRM?

We like our current CRM, can we connect it to Salesorder?
Email is a common central component, so from this perspective, your CRM and ours can work seamlessly together. However, your CRM won’t be able to see the transaction history in Salesorder. It is possible that the data in the two CRMs could be synchronized over the APIs.
