Track every SKU instance
Our wholesale Inventory management software can store the Item or SKU as an instance of itself. Each instance created has a unique identifier (id) as well as its SKU or item code.
When an instance is created the user can set its quantity specific to how it needs to be tracked. If the quantity is set to 1 then the Item will be tracked as a single Item i.e. by serial number.
If the quantity is set to greater than 1, then the Item would be tracked overall as a group i.e. by lot or batch.

Units of measure
In our wholesale Inventory management software, you can specify the quantitative relationships between how an SKU is purchased, stocked, and sold.
For example, you purchase a bottled product in cases of 12 (purchase unit = 12), stock as single units (stock unit = 1), and sell in boxes of four (sales unit = 4). Our system automatically calculates and aligns the changes in stock levels.
Volume, weight, dimensions
Classes are available on every SKU, transaction and trading partner type (customer, supplier, worker). Classes are a column on the general ledger.
Every report type can leverage classes to segment data sets and sharpen focus.
Categories and attributes
Categories assist your stakeholders to search and report. Attributes segment your products by technical detail such as dimension i.e. weight, capacity, or a measure such as voltage.
You can specify and add multiple categories and attributes to SKUs.
All transaction and trading partner lists, and reports can leverage custom fields to assist search and segment data.
The range of custom field types e.g. drop down list, date, etc provide support for just about any data type.
Versatile price lists
Advanced price lists (APL) provide a flexible way of specifying pricing rules, either across all items or specific Items/customers/suppliers.
Price lists allow you to specify:
- Price lists for customers, suppliers or both.
- Price lists for any given currency
- Global price discounts eg. 10% off all items.
- Global/specific quantity discounts.
- Global total order value discounts.
- Pricing formulas based on Item, customer/supplier, class, etc.
- Whether or not a SKU is for sale to a customer.
Price lists extend to the Trade Acceleration Portal (TAP).

Automate PO generation
Purchase order generators (POG) eliminate spreadsheets, hours of work, and automatically generate requisite purchase orders.
The built in purchase order generators (POG) can automatically collate, analyze, and aggregate the SKUs needed to replenish stock or fulfill back orders.
