You can model and track SKU by:
Stock: just plain stock units.
Lot / Batch: assign and record overarching tracking identifiers at SKU instance level.
Serialized: assign and track serial numbers.
Assembly: specify bill of materials (BOM) including overhead and labor costs, build and break finished units.
Kits: group individually sold SKUs into bundles.
We’ll make sure you can represent and track all of the types of SKUs you manufacture, buy, and sell.
Our wholesale Inventory management software can store the Item or SKU as an instance of itself. Each instance created has a unique identifier (id) as well as its SKU or item code.
When an instance is created the user can set its quantity specific to how it needs to be tracked. If the quantity is set to 1 then the Item will be tracked as a single Item i.e. by serial number.
If the quantity is set to greater than 1, then the Item would be tracked overall as a group i.e. by lot or batch.
In our wholesale Inventory management software, you can specify the quantitative relationships between how an SKU is purchased, stocked, and sold.
For example, you purchase a bottled product in cases of 12 (purchase unit = 12), stock as single units (stock unit = 1), and sell in boxes of four (sales unit = 4). Our system automatically calculates and aligns the changes in stock levels.
Advanced price lists (APL) provide a flexible way of specifying pricing rules, either across all items or specific Items/customers/suppliers.
Price lists allow you to specify:
Price lists extend to the Trade Acceleration Portal (TAP).
Purchase order generators (POG) eliminate spreadsheets, hours of work, and automatically generate requisite purchase orders.
The built in purchase order generators (POG) can automatically collate, analyze, and aggregate the SKUs needed to replenish stock or fulfill back orders.
You can specify the preferred supplier names, minimum order value and quantities, last known costs, and lead times on every SKU so as the purchase order generators (POG) produces informed insights for purchase order decisions.
